Charlie has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry including nine years as an executive with two major regional development companies. His activities on behalf of a diverse clientele include general brokerage, development and a variety of real estate consultation services. Brokerage activities focus on office and industrial and leasing and sales. Consulting services include acquisition and development analyses, feasibility studies, project financing and coordination of build-to-suit facilities.
Charlie joined Re/Max Commercial Brokers, Inc. in December, 2011, as Senior Vice President and Associate Broker. He is involved in general commercial real estate brokerage activities on behalf of local, regional and national entities. He previously was the President and owner of The Mullin Company, Inc., which was formed in 1987 to provide periodic consulting services primarily in the development of James Business Park and later became a full service brokerage company.
From 1987 until 1989, he was President of Plantation Business Center and Vice President of Leasing and Marketing at Joseph C. Canizaro Interests. During that time, he was involved in a $32 million sale of buildings and property in Plantation Business Center. In May, 1988, he also assumed responsibility for management, leasing and disposition of nine surplus properties, valued at $75 million. Later, he oversaw company leasing and marketing efforts which primarily focused on 1.7 million square feet of “Class A” office space in New Orleans and Shreveport.
Charlie was with T.L. James & Company, Inc. from 1980 to 1987, ultimately being promoted to Manager of James Business Park. He was responsible for all facets of the development of a 200 acre office and light industrial park which was valued in excess of $70 million by the date of his departure.
