Born and raised in Lake Forest, Illinois, Elizabeth came to New Orleans first as an undergraduate at Tulane University (Art History, Spanish), later returning as a Valuation Associate with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services group. She has been a licensed agent since 2020.

Her experience runs the gamut not only of commercial real estate (brokerage, valuation, lease abstraction, portfolio management, OPEX reconciliation, commercial foreclosures), but representation. Elizabeth works with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords local, national, and international.

As a commercial agent, Elizabeth believes every property boasts three major traits: location, location, location. She has a deep appreciation for how integral these factors are in contemplating real estate ventures and investments not only in the New Orleans MSA, but the state as a whole. Her background in appraisal has allowed her to cultivate a unique perspective with regards to the Louisiana commercial real estate market.

Elizabeth lives Uptown. She enjoys reading, writing, and travel. An ardent architecture and history buff, she looks to learn as much as possible about New Orleans and its many neighborhoods.
