Peter began his real estate career in 1972. He has over 40 years professionalism and innovative sales and marketing with expertise in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management.
Peter was awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1976 by the Institute of Real Estate management. He served as secretary and later President of the Louisiana-Mississippi Chapter.
Peter has represented many national and local clients over the course of his career. Some of those clients include: Houston’s Restaurant, CICI’s Pizza, PITA PIT, PJ’s Coffee, Still Perkin, Hollywood East, Parrans Po-Boys, New York Bagel Company, Louisiana Purchase Restaurant, Luther’s, Pelican Energy, Southland Plumbing Supply, Jackson Supply, United States Small Business Administration, Jasper Roofing, Bank One, Chase Bank, Beal Bank, Loan Acceptance Corporation, US Real Estate Advisors, T Mobile, Clear Capital, Financial Risk Management.
Peter is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), Louisiana Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, and NOMAR Commercial Investment Division (CID).
Peter’s hard work has earned him many awards over the years, including the Million Dollar Club, life member, RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Executive Club, RE/MAX President’s Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame member and CID Outstanding Achievement.
